Description
The basic database used was produced by DHV on behalf of the Province of Zuid-Holland in the context of a study into the diffuse soil quality of the rural area (report 'Soil quality map at basic level of the rural area of Zuid-Holland', December 2004).
The basic file has been converted to the ‘diffuse soil quality’ file. The map is coloured in the ‘area type’ column, which is taken one-on-one from the reporting of the soil quality map of the rural area. The area type of a zone is determined on the basis of the location of the median (P50) and the 95-percentile (P95) relative to the target value, the intermediate value and the intervention value. These maps are part of the soil vision and are indicative maps. When zooming in on a specific area or question, it should always be checked whether further information is available.
