At the same time, supplement in issue 6 of the series ‘Geoprofil’. The present map was created by compiling all suitable Bouguer Heavy Disorder data available in the GDR. This includes the integral gravity effect of all masses below the Earth’s surface. Severe anomalies have their cause in density differences in neighboring rocks. Their amplitude depends not only on the absolute density of the rock body causing it in the underground, but also on the density difference to the surrounding secondary rock.
