Development plan “Residential area Altdorfstücken” (Wainsdorf)
Description
The establishment of the BP was necessary to ensure an orderly and environmentally sound urban development. Only residential buildings are to be built in the plan area. The general residential area should be confined to the south by a forest strip (first afforestation) and at the same time serves as a compensatory area.
