Cumberland Island National Seashore Acoustic Monitoring Report: Off-site Listening Results

Description

This dataset presents summarized results of acoustical data gathered by the Natural Sounds and Night Skies Division (NSNSD) at three sites in Cumberland Island (CUIS) during March- April 2022 & December- January 2022/2023. Specifically, these summaries represent the off-site listening analysis conducted by Volpe staff and QA/QC'd by NSNSD. The data summaries include hourly audibility (% time audible) results of each natural and non-natural sound source in a subset of the acoustical dataset. The data herein are described in further detail in a corresponding acoustic monitoring report.
