Connecticut Reportable Disease Case List Reported as Hospitalized
Description
Table published by the Connecticut Department of Public Health that contains reportable disease data. Each row of data represents a case of disease in a person if they were hospitalized.
Each case is assigned to a report period based on the date of hospital admission. The report period is identified by the Report Period Start Date and Report Period End Date. The actual date the hospitalization occurred is not included to protect confidentially.
All data are preliminary; data for previous weeks are routinely updated as new reports are received, duplicate records are removed, and data errors are corrected.
