CRED REA Algal Assessments at Baker Island, Pacific Remote Island Areas in 2008

Description

Twelve quadrats were sampled along 2 consecutively-placed, 25m transect lines, as part of Rapid Ecological Assessments, conducted at 1 site at Baker in the Pacific Remote Island Areas (PRIAs) from 24 January to 14 February 2008, aboard the NOAA ship Hi'ialakai, duirng the Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program (RAMP) Cruise HI0801. Raw survey data included genus presence and relative abundance, and voucher specimens. Detailed taxonomic analyses of voucher specimens are presented.
