County SB 552 Progress Dashboard Supporting Data

Description

This dataset is used to populate the County SB 552 Progress Dashboard. This dashboard has been published on DWR's [County Drought Resilience Planning webpage](https://water.ca.gov/Programs/Water-Use-And-Efficiency/SB-552/County-Drought-Resilience-Planning-Assistance-Program). The dashboard shows the progress each county has made in complying with the requirements set out by SB 552, namely the establishment of a Task Force and adoption of a Drought Resilience Plan, and the type of planning assistance received from DWR, namely financial or direct technical assistance. Note that this dashboard does not indicate compliance with SB 552, nor provide any kind of endorsement of the planning products referenced. DWR does not review or approve plans for SB 552 compliance, nor direct or monitor the task force process. This dashboard has been created in response to the influx of questions DWR receives from counties about how other counties are approaching SB 552 implementation.
