Contributions for maternity and large families
Description
The maternity allowance and the family unit allowance are government contributions paid by the INPS, the investigation of which is entrusted to the Municipality.
The maternity allowance is for mothers who are housewives or who work part-time.
It can also be requested in the case of pre-adoption custody or adoption.
The household allowance is intended for families with at least three minor children. The calculation also includes children in pre-adoption custody living with the applicant and in the case of reconstituted families the children of one or the other living with the applicant.
