Contacts URP Regione Piemonte - requests divided by topic and arrival methods
Description
Statistical reports of the contacts of the offices of the Public Relations Office of the Piedmont Region. The data relating to the means (telephone, in person, internet, email, fax, voicemail, ordinary mail) used to contact the URP offices in Turin, Alessandria, Asti, Biella, Cuneo, Novara, Verbania and Vercelli, divided by topic, are recorded.
Other reports available in other tabs are the contacts divided by mode of arrival (telephone, in person, internet, mail, fax, voice mail, postal mail), topic and location: 1 - The subjects of greatest interest, 2 - The means used to contact the URP, 3 - User turnout divided by location, 4 - Requests divided by topic and location, 5 - User turnout per month.
Data are recorded per semester.
