Contains personal data about who complainants are, (prisoners, young people in detention, people on probation supervision and people held in immigration detention)the nature of their complaint, the establishment and organisation being complained about. The case flow contains details about the progress of each complaint and the outcome. Documents relating to the case are also recorded.
