Description

The Live Healthy Loudoun Community Health Dashboard is a web-based data resource for the Loudoun County community. This site enables anybody to explore existing population data. The Community Health Dashboard provides online access to data on a broad range of topics, links to existing local data resources, and highlights promising practices to promote community health and well-being.
