Description
The coal mining parent phase data set records the chronology of an underground working (Proposed or Actual). A Parent Phase will typically start life as Proposed and as Coal is extracted over a period of time it will become Actual.
Actual: The area of an underground working where coal has been extracted by underground methods.
Proposed: The area of an underground working where coal is planned to be extracted by underground methods.
