Ticino Park: Plan Sector Boschi
Description
As part of the WebGIS of the Ticino Park, the Boschi Sector Plan is available for consultation, among the levels of the Boschi Sector.The Plan has been approved by Regional Council Resolution No 33/1980 and drawn up in accordance with Regional Law No 86/1983. The Plan — which complements the general forecasts of the Territorial Plan of Coordination of the Lombard Park of the Ticino Valley — does not identify the areas defined as forest within the meaning of Law No 31/2008, to this end has a purely indicative value. The purpose of the document, to which the information layer refers, is to provide a broad framework for forest and forest management in order to: safeguarding and/or improving the quality and quantity of forest and forest resources; rationalising exploitation; and promote cognitive investigations.
