Municipal Acoustic Classification Plans (PCCA) of the territory – polygonal
Description
Integration of the individual PCCA approved by the municipalities of the Province of Turin. The Municipal Acoustic Classification Plan (more briefly PCCA) is the instrument provided for by the Framework Law on noise pollution (Law No 447) of 26 October 1995, by which municipalities reduce noise pollution by dividing the territory into classes with homogeneous acoustic characteristics, on the basis of the criteria established by the regions and in compliance with the provisions of DPCM 14/11/97 Determination of the limit values of sound sources, which defines the acoustic classes (I, II, III, IV, V, VI) and the relative noise limits.
