CHISOLA Flood 13-16/10/2000
Description
The data were taken from the study promoted by the Province of Turin as part of the "Research program on the maintenance and restoration of riverbeds, as well as in the field of hydrogeological protection and soil protection".The dataset represents some critical elements associated with the full occurred along the shaft of the Chisola stream following the flood event of 13-16/10/2000 and reported in the "Study of hydrogeological arrangement of the Chisola tower. Update following the flood event of 13-16 October 2000" (May 2001) and is a summary update of the previous study done on the Chisola basin, as part of the "Research Programme".In particular, the study includes an analysis of the processes, effects and damage occurred as a result of the flood event.
