OBSERVATORY OF THE DISSESTO
Description
The hydrogeological instability observatory reports what is described in the General Metropolitan Territorial Plan (preliminary project adopted by Ministerial Decree No 66 of 22 December 2022), which includes the following types of instability: gravitational (slides) - mixed gravitational-hydraulic (alluvial conoids) - hydraulic (flooded areas, floodable areas, disturbances linked to torrential dynamics) - linked to the fall of snow masses (avalanches)As regards the MAIN HYDROGRAPHIC NETWORK OF PIANURA AND FONDOVALLE, bands A, B, C and the floodable areas of the PAI were considered, as well as the floodable areas type H (P3), M (P2), L (P3) of the PGRA of the Po River Basin Authority, characterised by different return times and associated with different flows. M (P2), L (P1) of the PGRA of the Po River Basin Authority and the potentially floodable areas with very high hazard (Eel if linear failures – Eea if areal failures) with high hazard (Ebl if linear failures – Eba if areal failures) with medium/moderate hazard (Eml if linear failures – Ema if areal failures) deriving both from the Municipal Regulatory Plans and (for municipalities that are not yet adequate to the PAI) from a series of hydrogeological studies from various sources. For CONOIDS, 4 categories have been identified: active cone with very high hazard (Cae), active cone with high hazard (Cab), active cone with medium/moderate hazard (Cam) and naturally stabilized cone (CS).As regards gravitational movements, FRANE have been divided into areas and points and have been classified into 4 types: active landslides (FA), quiescent landslides (FQ), stabilised landslides (FS) and unclassified landslides. Finally for VALANGHE the following categories have been distinguished: valanghe, zone pericolose e valanghe minori.
