Requests Information Public Relations Office 1°Sem 2019

Description

The dataset consists of the Reports of requests for information collected in the first half of 2019, through a CRM software. The types of requests are collected through forms (webforms) on the institutional website of the Metropolitan City of Naples. Requests generate a ticket that is resolved within a set timeframe. All stages of the process are recorded and notified via email and text message.
