Description
Procedure that can be activated by companies in favour of workers made redundant for the following reasons: conclusion of CIGS, reduction of personnel, transformation of work activity, company restructuring, cessation of activity. Since 01/01/2013, only collective mobility procedures have been taken over (Law 223/91 and no longer Law 236/93). These are the monthly data of 2013, extrapolated on 06/11/2013 are updated to the month of July. These data are subject to fluctuations due to the various movements recorded by the SIL, the Labour Information System of the Tuscany Region. They include the 7 main Employment Centres of the Province of Florence, excluding the Empolese-Valdelsa district.
