Description
Procedure that can be activated by companies in favour of workers made redundant for the following reasons: conclusion of CIGS, reduction of personnel, transformation of work activity, company restructuring, cessation of activity. The data up to 31/12/2012 include both the procedure with compensation for workers (Law 223/91) and the one that does not provide for it (Law 236/93), from 01/01/2013 only collective mobility procedures are taken into account (Law 223/91). The data refer to the Annual Reports published by the Employment Services Division of the Province of Florence which uses as a statistical source the SIL, the Labour Information System of the Tuscany Region, a telematic tool adopted by the Employment Centres for the management of their competent procedures including: registrations, notices of recruitment or terminations or extensions or transformations of employment relationships sent by companies, mobility lists, targeted placement. They include the 7 main Employment Centres of the Province of Florence, excluding the Empolese-Valdelsa district. The figures for 2009 are stabilised at April 2010; The figures for 2010 have stabilised as of July 2011. The data for 2011 are stabilised at September 2012, the data for 2012 are from an extrapolation carried out in July 2013.
