Description

Targeted placement refers to the set of technical and support tools that allow people with disabilities to be adequately evaluated in their working skills and placed in the right place, through analysis of workplaces, forms of support, positive actions and solutions to problems related to environments, tools and interpersonal relationships in daily workplaces and relationships. Targeted placement refers to start-ups related to private companies. Goodwill shall be broken down by type of contract, by gender and by employment centre; The goodwill (no impediment) that companies stipulate in the Convention is also counted. They concern persons belonging to protected categories, who can be hired under Law 68/99. (In 2008, all those registered for targeted placements who were over 65 years of age were removed from the Labour Information System.) These data from 2006 to 2012 relating to the various types of goodwill are collected and provided directly by the Targeted Placement Service of the Province of Florence; are not divided between the Florentine District and the Empolese District, but include the 7 main Employment Centers of the Province of Florence in addition to those of the Empolese District Valdelsa.
