Targeted placement refers to the set of technical and support tools that allow people with disabilities to be adequately evaluated in their working skills and placed in the right place, through analysis of workplaces, forms of support, positive actions and solutions to problems related to environments, tools and interpersonal relationships in daily workplaces and relationships. Targeted placement refers to start-ups related to private companies. The source of these data is directly constituted by the Targeted Placement Service of the Province of Florence. The data refer to the 7 main Employment Centres of the Province of Florence and those relating to the Empolese-Valdelsa district.
