PTCP 1998 - Art.6 Protection of wells and selected springs - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
The wells and springs identified as worthy of protection in order to ensure the integrity of the water are indicated in the 1:25,000 scale aquifer vulnerability maps and in the 1:10.000 scale maps of the Statute of the Territory, and are listed in Appendix G to the Statute of the Territory.
