PTCP 1998 - Art.13 Artifacts and sites of environmental and historical-cultural importance - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
In the Charters of the Statute of the Territory of scale 1:10.000 are indicated for purely reconnaissance purposes: artefacts and sites bound pursuant to Law No 1089 of 1 June 1939, with the exception of those referred to in Article 14, and located outside built-up areas; other artefacts and sites of cultural significance.
