PTCP 1998 - Art.20 Mining areas. Mines - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
The maps of the Statute of the Territory on a scale of 1:10.000 show, for purely reconnaissance purposes, the areas for extractive activities identified and regulated by the Regional Plan of Extractive Activities (P.R.A.E.) approved by D.C.R. n.200 of 7/3/1995, as well as the areas in which mining concessions exist.
