PTCP 1998 - Art.29 Areas to be reclaimed - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
The polluted areas subject to reclamation referred to in the regional plan approved by D.C.R.T. n°167/93 are indicated, for purely reconnaissance purposes, in the Maps of the Statute of the Territory of scale 1:10.000 and reported in a list contained in the Statute of the Territory, Appendix M.
