Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).The polluted areas subject to remediation referred to in the regional plan approved by Presidential Decree No 167/93 are indicated, for purely reconnaissance purposes, in the maps of the Statute of the Territory on a scale of 10 000 and included in a list contained in the Statute of the Territory, Appendix M.
