PTCP 1998 - Art.28 Production activities at risk of major accident - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
The production activities at risk of a major accident are indicated, for purely reconnaissance purposes, in the Charter of the Statute of the Territory on a scale of 1:10.000 and reported in a special list contained in the Statute of the Territory, Appendix M.
