PTCP 1998 - Art.10 Areas of retrieval for the establishment of parks, reserves and protected natural areas of local interest - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
Areas of retrieval for the establishment of parks, reserves and protected natural areas of local interest are defined as territories characterised by natural, geological, flora and fauna, ecological, morphological, landscape, agricultural culture or forms of anthropisation of particular value for their historical, formal and cultural significance and for their values of civilization. These areas, with the exception of the services and equipment referred to in Article 24, constitute a structural invariant within the meaning of Article 5(6) of Regional Law No 5/95.
