PTCP 1998 - Art.12 Landscape and/or historical-environmental protection areas - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998. By Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013, the amendment to the PTCP was approved in accordance with Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05.
The areas of landscape and/or historical-environmental protection are identified in the Charters of the Statute of the Territory on a scale of 1:10.000. With the exception of the services and equipment referred to in Article 24, they constitute a structural invariant within the meaning of Article 5(6) of Regional Law No 5/95.
