PTCP 1998 - Art.4 Areas for the containment of hydraulic risk - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
The areas for containing the hydraulic risk are identified by the Arno Basin Authority and schematically indicated in the Maps of the Statute of the Territory on a scale of 1/10,000. Their exact identification and intervention regulations are contained in the Arno River Basin Plan pursuant to Law 183/89.
