PTCP 1998 - Art.33 Airport areas - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
Airport areas are intended for infrastructure, air traffic facilities and their appurtenances; they are identified in the Charters of the Statute of the Territory on a scale of 1:10.000.
