Description
Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT n.11 of 13/03/2013).
The Charter represents:
- the areas covered by forests and woods, as referred to in Legislative Decree No 42/2004, identified on the basis of the provisions of Tuscan Forest Law No 39/2000;
- additional restricted areas pursuant to Royal Decree No 3267 of 30 December 1923, now governed by the Forestry Law of Tuscany;
- the areas covered by fires, detected on the basis of a survey carried out by the Province of Florence.
