Description
Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT n.11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents the following categories of infrastructure and installations in relation to which, according to laws and administrative measures, bands of respect are established: - road and railway infrastructure, with an indication of the limit of population centres, as defined on the basis of Legislative Decree No 285/1992 (New Highway Code) and identified by the competent municipal authorities; - power lines, as inferred from the Terna and RFI archives sent to the Provincial Administration; - methane pipelines, as derived from SNAM archives sent to the Provincial Administration; airports, with an indication of the relevant flight cone taken from the documents sent to the Provincial Administration by Aeroporti di Firenze; - purification plants, identified on the basis of the provincial census carried out in the period 1999-2000; - Holdings at risk of major accidents, identified on the basis of the list maintained by ARPAT and published on the web; - Sites to be remediated, present in the archives (already affected by remediation) and in the registry (remediation to be carried out) of the provincial administration.
