PTCP 2013 - Knowledge Framework QC01 Nature and Biodiversity Protection - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT n.11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents: A) the following protected areas, as defined under Regional Law No 49/1995 and indicated in the ninth update of the official list of regional protected areas (Dgr 842/2007), supplemented on the basis of the proposal approved by the Provincial Council concerning the fifth regional programme 2004/2007: - national parks; - national and regional reserves; - provincial reserves; - protected natural areas of local interest; - the areas of protection of natural and semi-natural habitats, wild flora and fauna, defined as sites of regional interest (SIR) on the basis of Regional Law No 56/2000 and identified in Dgr 644/2004; B) the following wildlife-hunting institutes, defined pursuant to Regional Law No 3/1994 and identified in the Provincial Wildlife Hunting Plan 2006-2010: - wildlife protection oases; - migratory protection areas; - hunting farms; - hunting tourism companies; C) the additional areas identified by the current PTC as deserving of specific consideration for nature protection: - areas of retrieval for the establishment of parks, reserves and ANPIL; - biotopes and geotopes.
