PTCP 2013 - Knowledge Framework QC03 Cultural and Landscape Heritage - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT n.11 of 13/03/2013).
The Charter represents:
- the main historical centers and nuclei, identified on the basis of the perimeters reported in the municipal plans, or by means of the toponym;
- the following categories of property subject to architectural constraint, identified in the Territorial Information System for Cultural and Landscape Heritage of the Tuscany Region: parks and gardens; villas; castles and defensive structures; religious structures.
- the assets subject to archaeological constraint identified in the Territorial Information System for Cultural and Landscape Heritage of the Tuscany Region;
- the landscape assets specifically identified, as set out in the proposal for a landscape regulation of the PIT of the Tuscany Region;
- the areas of environmental landscape protection as further identified in the current PTC.
