PTCP 1998 - Art.26 Business park - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
Business Parks are defined as the large production areas to be allocated to the following
activities: a) industrial and artisanal production; facilities and equipment for transport and communication; tertiary activities linked to the activities referred to in points (a) and (b) (by way of example only: research centres, marketing offices, financial services, etc.); d) residences of employees and services at the residence; e) parks, green areas and sports equipment; areas dedicated to mobility and interchange nodes; g) tourist accommodation to support the functions listed above.
