PTCP 2013 - Fact Sheet QC04.1 Road and railway network - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT n.11 of 13/03/2013).
The Charter represents:
- the rail network, as classified in the PIT on the basis of the regional mobility and logistics plan (high-speed/capacity system, national rail network, regional rail network), including the relevant railway stations and stops;
- the road and motorway network of regional interest, as classified and identified in the PIT on the basis of the regional mobility and logistics plan (primary network; main distribution network; secondary penetration network, distribution and support to local systems; additional network of regional interest);
- the road network of provincial interest, consisting of the other provincial roads and sections of the municipal road network that serve as a primary connection between the elements of the network of regional and provincial interest.
The following are distinguished:
- the existing and under construction infrastructure (taken from the regional graph updated as regards the provincial level on the basis of the indications of the SIT of the province, updated by the planning office on the basis of aerial photos for 2007 and supplemented on the basis of the indications of the Viability Directorate);
- the project infrastructures (drawn up on the basis of the PIT, the PTC in force, integrated on the basis of the indications of the Viability Directorate of the province.
