PTCP 1998 - Art.11 Fragile areas to be subjected to a landscape program - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).The parts of open land characterised by forms of anthropisation, evidence of agricultural crops and natural ecosystems, whose disappearance or impoverishment would constitute the loss of an important asset of the community, are identified as fragile areas to be subject to a Landscape Programme. These parts of the territory, with the exception of the services and equipment referred to in Article 24, constitute a structural invariant within the meaning of Article 5(6) of Regional Law No 5/95. They are identified in the Charters of the Statute of the Territory on a scale of 1:10.000.
