PTCP 1998 - Article 3 Sensitive areas already affected by flooding and subject to hydraulic risk - Metropolitan City of Florence
Description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Provincial Council Decision No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).
Sensitive areas are defined as areas characterised by natural or artificial surface drainage networks and/or dynamic, hydraulic and hydrogeological conditions that may cause environmental crises due to flooding, stagnation, pollution and riverbed dynamics. They are structural invariants within the meaning of Article 5(6) of Regional Law No 5/95.
