The information in this bulletin about immunisation statistics in England comes from Public Health England (PHE).
Information on childhood immunisation coverage at ages 1, 2 and 5 years is collected through the Cover of Vaccination Evaluated Rapidly (COVER) data collection for Upper Tier Local Authorities (LAs).
Information on children aged 2, 3 and 4 immunised against seasonal flu are collected from GPs through PHE's ImmForm system.
