The ZPPAUP is a public utility easement (category AC4) whose purpose is to protect the landscape and urban heritage and to highlight neighbourhoods and sites to be protected for aesthetic or historical reasons by expressing the ambition to improve the concept of a field of visibility (“500 m” near a historic monument) by replacing it with a “smart perimeter”.
Despite the attention paid to the creation of these data, it is recalled that only paper documents are authentic and enforceable from a legal point of view.
