Areas in Flanders, within which a right of pre-emption applies (or has applied) for a certain period of time, resulting from: - the law on land consolidation pursuant to the law of 22 July 1970 (Belgian Official Gazette 04/09/1970) - the law supplementing the law of 22 July 1970 on land consolidation pursuant to the law with special provisions specific to the Flemish Region of 11 August 1978 (Belgian Official Gazette 22/09/1978).
