Description
Demarcation of drinking water production areas.
Pursuant to Paragraph 91 and 92 of the Lower Saxony Water Act (NWG), water protection areas may be established in the interest of public water supply in order to protect groundwater in the catchment area from adverse effects.
Water protection zone I — Mounting area
Water protection zone II — narrow protected area
Water protection zone III- Further protected area
