Soil benchmarks 01.01.2013
Description
Soil benchmarks are average position values for the soil, based on one square meter of land area. They are determined for a majority of properties that are largely identical in their actual characteristics and legal circumstances, have an essentially identical structure and location, and have an approximately equal price level at the time of land valuation. Soil benchmarks are therefore based on typical conditions of individual areas (soil benchmark zones).
