Saturated water conductivity of the topsoil (KLZ Soil Estimation)
Description
The saturated water conductivity of the soil up to 100 cm profile depth is a measure of the permeability of a water-saturated soil. The classification is according to KA5, p. 355, tab 80.
If within the first metre there is a change of soil type leading to a multi-layer profile, the kf values of the individual layers are weighted in relation to the total power.
Classification:
low < 10 cm/d,
average 10 to < 40 cm/d,
high 40 to < 100 cm/d,
very high 100 to < 300 cm/d,
extremely high >= 300 cm/d.
