Description
For the recruitment of a mining operation, a final operating plan (ยง 53 BBergG) must be drawn up, which documents a detailed description of the technical implementation and the duration of the operation and provides proof that the necessary precautions are made against risks to life, health and the protection of property, employees and third parties in the implementation of the final operating plan and after the end of the mining supervision.
