Protection effect of groundwater cover of HÜK 200
Description
WMS service LGB: Groundwater cover is referred to as the soil and rock body above the groundwater surface. The basis of the assessment was HÜK 200. The protection effect was classified in accordance with the LAWA work aid in the classes favourably — medium — unfavourable. Initially, the cover layers covered in the HÜK 200 were evaluated depending on their formation (binding) and thickness using drilling profiles. In order to classify the lower proportion of groundwater cover, the mountain permeability specified in the HÜK 200 for the Upper aquifer was used. The overall assessment was based on the combination of the two shares. Layers of drill holes and detailed mappings were used for plausibility control. The contents correspond to the HÜK 200 of the BGR.
