Description
The Elderly Social Centers are territorial services aimed at promoting aggregation and encounter, in order to favor, enrich and develop interpersonal relations among the elderly, eliminating, or at least containing, situations of isolation, abandonment and marginalization.
These services are meeting points open to all people residing in the territory of Lecce, without neighborhood restrictions, over the age of 64 years. They are managed by the Municipality of Lecce and there are a total of 8 meeting places.
