Publicity and effective implementation of mediation procedures under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act.
The directory shall contain the personal name of the mediator, the professional or scientific address, the type of disputes in which the mediator conducts mediation, the name and address of the court or alternative dispute resolution provider where the mediator is listed and the date of listing.
