Description
The hydrographic system corresponds to the network of Jurassian rivers. It has been digitised on the basis of data from the Official Measurement and takes over the federal data structure (GEWISS). The network consists of 3 layers: — The ‘JU hydrographic network’ comprising a segmentation taking into account the type of flow (open, underground or sub-deck), the boundaries of communes,... — The ‘hydrographiqque network reference m’ where each stream is composed of only one segment. This segment contains a linear reference for addressing events along the stream (dynamic segmentation). — The “JU Water Plans” with water body surfaces. A fourth network with a linear reference m of addressing on the perimeter of the water bodies exists but is not diffused, because not used for the refenrence of objects around the water bodies.
